  I chose this company because they have been around for years and appeared reliable. Unfortunately, the move was left incomplete, despite an in person quote and a full pack and move agreement. One crew left early without finishing and told me everything was packed when it was not. A second crew arrived the next day, but management refused to complete the job unless I paid more than the quoted amount. I offered multiple reasonable solutions, including providing my credit card information to be charged later, and was refused. I also requested to speak with the owner and was never contacted. The move caused damage including scratched wood floors and broken furniture. I am now left needing to hire another mover to finish the job. If you value your money and your stuff, don’t use this moving company.

  College Hunks Moving Company is amazing. Colin, the sales representative, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. On moving day, Tommy, Ox, and Anhtuan were punctual and called me prior to arrival with exact arrival time. They treated all of my belongings with care and respect. My items arrived safely and in perfect condition. All 4 representatives were friendly, polite, respectful and organized. I highly recommend College Hunks Movers. If I move in the future, I will hire them again.

  Estimate process is not accurate according to the guys that showed up and the experience seemed like a big bait and switch. …upon arrival they virtually doubled the estimate, added prices per items ( never mentioned during quote)and added 40$ per 15 min labor( never mentioned during quote). Quote was just under 400$ and then it jumped to almost 800$. Their claim was that it would fill 3-4 to the entire truck. Original quote was for 1/2 truck. I had to call corporate-but that did nothing. So I went out side and let them know that I was not accepting the new quote and that they can leave all items or adhere to their quote. In the end it WAS 1/2 a truck. Final price was slightly above their quote but I did add an item , one mattress. It all felt very much like a scam, add ons, upsells, bait and switch processes unfortunately. The men were polite and said it was an issue with corporate and their estimating process, but over all it was these guys on site that attempted to over charge …So , either way, I cannot recommend which is disappointing because the men were polite and I just wish they could have been more honest. I read reviews after my experience and it doesn’t seem that I am a one off.
