1 month agoVery friendly professional service and good communication. Customer can select pickup time instead of waiting for whole day, the pick up time was late about 40 mins which is OK for me. I had a Cal King mattress on second floor so I need White Glove service, the driver is a young lone service man and I helped him a bit to haul it down to his truck, I am OK with that. The booking website allowed me to select the WG service but did not include in the payment; instead, the driver collected the fee on the pickup day. -
