  I've had many problems with this company where it came to a point that they did not pick up the trash from my business for almost three weeks. Just recently the two guys that came two weeks ago they scratched my bakery van with the trash bin. A few months ago they had thrown an aluminum sheet that was next to the trash bin and scratched my van as well. I have emailed them, and have not gotten any response from them.

  My children literally have to walk through the truck and bin in the schools private parking lot to get to school. My husband and I have called several times to complain and they don't care. Today the driver said he didn't know he can't be there at that time.

  After giving this company a billion chances, i'm going to cancel my service with this stupid place. They constantly miss pickups, and when I call for an extra pickup, they miss that too. I used to feel bad for the people on the phone when I call in (they are always polite), assuming that the problem is maybe with the organization above them, but if the company is that bad at doing its job, they are just leaving these people on the phone to be punching bags for their bad service. I dont know why anyone would want to work for these bozos at all.
