  **RED FLAG** I called looking a quote for a stump removal, they say that even if I provide pics and measurements, they can’t provide that information and would need to schedule for a quote. Ok, No prob…I waited a week and a half for an appointment to receive a quote, waited around for the 2 hour window, after 20 minutes past our time, I called to follow up…the same gal I scheduled with (Bianca I think?) says I’m not on the books, but no worries, they can do tomorrow between 8-10. Great, I schedule that…next day at 8:20, Bianca calls me and asks if I can go out and measure the stump so they can just try to quote over the phone (interesting, thats what I was trying to do in the beginning??), but things changed and I explain that the last people quoting indicated that it’s a bit more complicated, so I’d rather in person to fully assess. I ask if we’re still on for our appointment, she reassures me and said she’ll call back closer to when we should expect them. By 10:30, no one shows up, I call her back, and she simply states that she hasn’t heard back. I went ahead and cancelled. I don’t normally write these experiences down, but what a complete disrespect for someone else’s time, and this was just for a quote. I’m completely reasonable to scheduling issues, delays, etc. the difference in professionalism is communication and setting realistic expectations. This company has absolutely floundered at earning someone’s business.

  What an amazing team! We couldn't imagine how seamless, efficient, safe and professional this company would be. They definitely have it down to a science and do the work so well. What looked like should take days, was done in one. From start to finish, this is a company i recommend!
