  San Diego Softwash did an outstanding job on my home. They completed a full roof softwash cleaning at my property on December 10, 2025, and the process was professional from start to finish. They treated the entire roof with a solution designed to eliminate moss, mold, mildew, algae, and lichen, and they clearly explained what to expect: the growth is killed right away, but any remaining “staining” or remnants may take time to naturally weather off (which made perfect sense since this is a low-pressure, non-damaging method). I also really appreciated the extra touches—drone before/after photos, protective plant wash/food for surrounding vegetation, and the 3-month follow-up call, plus the peace of mind of a 5-year spot-free warranty. If you want a safe, effective roof cleaning that’s done the right way, I highly recommend San Diego Softwash.

  They came on time and cleaned the roof, rain gutters, windows and even one of my awnings. Everything looks nice and fresh. I think they did a very good job. If I ever put my house up for sale I will give them a call.

  San Diego Soft Wash did a great job cleaning my roof, solar panels, windows, and screens. They were very professional and they knew how to handle everything with attention and care. The roof looks good. Robert told me it will take several months for algae and moss to fully get cleared. I Highly recommend them.
