He communicates clearly and consistently (whether it’s scheduling or providing progress updates) and is extremely reliable. As a property manager, it’s reassuring to be able to send him a work order and focus on other priorities, knowing the job will be handled properly. It’s also been great to hear positive feedback from other vendors who have worked alongside him and have complimented his work ethic.
