  I had a great experience with David at Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning. He deep cleaned my couch and two mattresses for a rental unit and did an excellent job. He was timely, communicative, and very efficient. I wish I had gotten photos of the coffee stain he got out on the mattress! I really appreciated how quickly everything came together. I messaged the company through Yelp around 9-10 PM to first get some questions answered and then was able to schedule service for the very next late morning. I would've also been able to reserve it on my own via their website had I not needed questions answered first. Lastly, I was impressed with how detailed and transparent their website is--it clearly outlines each step of the cleaning process for various jobs, which made the service feel very professional and high quality. I would definitely recommend David and Monster!

  We have used Monster Steamer before and they didn't disappoint! Josh from Monster Steamer cleaned our carpets yesterday. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. We have off-white carpets that get pretty dirty and Josh did a great job getting the dust and dirt out. Prices were very fair. We would use Monster Steamer again!

  Angel did an exceptional job! We were blown away by how clean our carpets came. He also educated us on the appropriate supplies to use when you have a pet friendly home.
