1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.voolt.pro, our mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use Voolt Pro.

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Voolt Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or exploit the Services or their content without our prior written consent.

3. Our Role

Voolt Pro is a platform that connects consumers seeking services with independent service providers (“Pros”).

  • We are not a party to any agreements between consumers and Pros.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, timing, legality, or outcome of services performed by Pros.

  • Voolt Pro does not employ, supervise, or control Pros.

4. User Accounts

  • You may be required to register an account to access certain features.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • Creating multiple accounts without authorization, or misrepresenting your identity, may result in suspension or termination.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or these Terms.

  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Submit reviews or ratings that are fake, biased, or based on non-firsthand experiences.

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead others.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including hacking, scraping, bots, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks).

  • Collect or harvest data about other users without consent.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, networks, or systems.

6. User Content (Reviews, Listings, Submissions)

By submitting content (such as reviews, ratings, photos, or business details):

  • You represent that it is accurate, truthful, and lawful.

  • You grant Voolt Pro a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Services.

  • You acknowledge that reviews must reflect actual, first-hand experiences and cannot be posted if you are related to, employed by, or financially connected to the Pro being reviewed.

  • Voolt Pro reserves the right (but not the obligation) to moderate, remove, or refuse to display content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Service Providers (Pros)

If you are a Pro, you represent and agree that you:

  • Are authorized to represent your business.

  • Will maintain accurate and up-to-date business information.

  • Will comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and insurance requirements.

  • Will deliver services in a professional and lawful manner.

  • Authorize Voolt Pro to display your business information, ratings, and reviews.

  • Agree to pay applicable subscription fees, lead fees, or commissions as outlined during enrollment.

Voolt Pro does not endorse, guarantee, or monitor Pros beyond the information provided or displayed. Consumers are responsible for evaluating and selecting providers.

8. Payments & Subscriptions (for Pros)

  • Some features require payment of fees (e.g., subscriptions, leads, or commissions).

  • By enrolling, you agree to the applicable pricing terms presented at signup.

  • Fees are charged to your payment method on file and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • You authorize recurring charges until you cancel, subject to our cancellation policies.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites or partners. Voolt Pro is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Voolt Pro (other than user-generated content) is the property of Voolt Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

11. Feedback & Submissions

We welcome feedback, but if you submit suggestions, ideas, or concepts, you agree that:

  • They become the property of Voolt Pro.

  • We may use them without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

  • We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Voolt Pro is not liable for damages arising from interactions between consumers and Pros.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voolt Pro, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Your content or submissions.

  • Your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

16. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Policy)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Voolt Pro in a way that constitutes infringement, you may notify us at vooltpro@voolt.com with details of the violation, as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Voolt Pro is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.

(Optional: You may also adopt arbitration and a class-action waiver like Angi does, if you want stronger litigation protection.)

18. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Voolt Pro after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
